Guaranteed £500 minimum 1st place for Regional Winner !
I have decided to chnge things for next season & see how it goes. Instead of The League Winner automatically getting a National seat .We shall have a play off with the top 5% of players from Fife,Stirlingshire & Perth playing for the seat . The player with the most amount of points will start with 20,000 chips & it shall be staggered to the lowest ,starting with 10,000 chips. Every venue winner will get a minimum of 15,000 chips .
The next Campion of Champions event will be held oh Sunday the 20th of May at Weavers Bar,Katherine Street.Kirkcaldy.Fife.KY2 5JZ.Phone number 01592 266020 . Registration will be from 1.00pm till 1.45 pm & starting at 2.00 pm . There will be a National seat awarded to the winner . The starting stack shall be 15,000 with 20 min blind levels .There will also be a compulsory £5.00 bounty / scalp on each player with an optional side pot .
The winners from the last Regionals were; 1st Brian Walls, 2nd Pauline McIntyre ,3rd Dndrew Rawdling ,4th Dawn Paton, 5th Theresa McFarlane , 6th Mark Livingstone (all receiving a National Seat ) . Then 7th Amanda Somervile ,8th John Kennedy ,9th Gordon Fisher & 10 th Jim Petrie. All venue highest average , winners & all above the red line in each region.The winner was Sean Mulrein ,2nd James Band, 3rd Mary Paton,4th James Duncan ,5th Theresa McFarlane, 6th Jim Bryson ,7th Ryan Gartshore, 8th Kaida Zhan ,9th Jim Petrie & 10th Andrew Rawdling.
The first 6 have qualified for the next Nationals which includes Mary Paton for having the most amount of points .

Tam Sneddon won the Campions Tournament ( £100 + National Seat)
The next event ,Champions of Champions ;shall take place on the 4th of June at Styx in Kirkcauldy.
Registration will be from 12.30pm till 1.30 pm with a start time of 2pm .
There is one national seat up for grabs to the winner.
This event is open to the top 10% of the players from last season along with the venue winners & venue sharks /highest average.
We shall run with a similar structure as the Regionals along with the bounty on each player etc.Another great day out on Saturday the 24 th of May ,for the Fife & Stirlingshire Regional Finals.
There was over £1400.00 paid out on the day & so far there has been no complaints !

National Final November 2010
This event took place on Saturday November 27th 2010 at the Gala Maybury Casino, Edinburgh. The prize pot was a whopping £7000, far in excess of anything our rivals!
